I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and walks of life. Many of my clients come to therapy during times of transition — when they are rethinking their direction, feeling overwhelmed, or noticing old patterns resurfacing in relationships, work, or daily life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR. I tailor the work to each person, taking time to understand their story, their strengths, and the context in which their difficulties have developed.

I support clients with anxiety, depression, burnout, relational difficulties, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those facing more specific challenges such as dental phobia, health anxiety, social anxiety, and other focused, protocol‑driven concerns. Whether the work is structured or more exploratory, my aim is to help you make sense of your experiences, understand your patterns, and build a more grounded, confident way forward.

A steady, relational space for moments when life feels overwhelming, anxious or stuck. The work focuses on helping you make sense of your experiences, understand long‑standing patterns and ease the anxieties that keep returning. A warm, empathic place to reconnect with yourself, whether you’re in London, elsewhere in the UK or anywhere in the world, with sessions available in English and Polish.

Structured, holistic, and trauma‑informed approaches designed around your goals.

Top‑Up or One‑Off Consultation (Returning or Exploring Clients)

This session is designed for clients who have previously completed therapy with me and would like to reconnect with the work. It can be a refresher session, helping you revisit techniques, review your progress, and strengthen the strategies that have supported you so far.

In addition, this session can be booked as a one‑off consultation for individuals who are considering therapy but are unsure which approach might suit them, or who have a specific issue they would like to discuss without committing to ongoing sessions.

A single session is £70.

If you are a returning client and are interested in a block of sessions, please enquire for pricing and available options.

Psychotherapy Sessions

I offer a range of psychotherapy approaches, tailored to your needs and the pace that feels right for you. Our work can be highly focused and structured, or more exploratory and holistic — depending on what you are seeking and what will support you best.

For some clients, therapy follows a clear CBT protocol, targeting a specific difficulty such as dental phobia, panic attacks, or health anxiety. For others, the work is broader and centred on building resilience, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing healthier patterns in daily life.

We can also work at a deeper level, exploring long‑standing patterns, childhood experiences, and inner‑child healing. This may include elements of Schema Therapy or EMDR, especially when processing trauma or emotionally charged memories.

In practice, your sessions may draw on:

  • CBT — structured, goal‑oriented work

  • Third‑wave CBT approaches — ACT, CFT, mindfulness‑based work

  • EMDR — trauma processing and memory reprocessing

  • Schema Therapy — deeper work on patterns and emotional needs

A standard 60‑minute session is £90, regardless of the therapeutic style. 90‑minute sessions are £120, and are typically used for EMDR processing or specific PTSD‑related work when longer sessions are clinically appropriate.

These options are always discussed in advance.

Initial Session

Your first session is an assessment and introductory conversation. It’s a chance for you to get to know me, share what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals and expectations. Together, we’ll explore your current difficulties, what you hope to achieve, and which therapeutic approach may suit you best.

This meeting is not yet a therapeutic session — it’s designed to help us understand your needs, plan your goals, and agree on how we’ll work together (including frequency, methods, and focus). I’ll also explain the therapy contract, which outlines the practical details and terms of our work together.

The fee for this session is £85

I work with a wide range of UK health insurers and accept clients whose therapy sessions are funded through providers such as Bupa, Aviva and AXA.

If you are considering using your health insurance to fund therapy, please get in touch to enquire about your specific policy and whether your sessions can be covered.

Please note that the registration process and information required can vary between insurers, so you may also need to contact your insurer directly to confirm your eligibility and authorisation requirements.
